who is max to me ?
I am an artist and I am also a NICU nurse. In my nurse life, I take care of many babies who deeply impact me- I took care of Max for eleven months in the NICU, and at home as his home health nurse. When he passed away in April 2021 and his parents Brianna & Kris started the Mighty Max Foundation, my connection with Max drove me to contribute in some way. I created the logo for the foundation and make stickers and other art inspired by Max (often related to the anatomical heart) in an effort to give to this organization so dear to me.

My personal ongoing Mighty Max ‘giving’ project….any onesies donated/sent to me I will block print with my Mighty Max designs and gift to the babies/parents in my NICU, or sent to NICU parents who reach out to me!
I have an Amazon gift list linked below for supplies (onesies and ink) that can be purchased to be sent directly to me, that will be used only for items I’ll donate. You are also welcome to reach out to send me new/gently used onesies. Preemie, infant, 0-3 and 3-6 are most used based on the size and age of the babies in my unit, but we sometimes have babies stay till they’re a year old so bigger baby clothes is welcome too!
