How long does my order take to ship?

if an item is already made, it will ship in 1-7 business days. If it is made to order, shipping depends on the item’s medium and time it takes to be made, generally between 1-14 days. For customs, turn around time will be discussed during our creation process and conversations before/during your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

if you are willing and able to pay the shipping costs, I am willing to ship to you! This excludes my large items like tables, which are currently local pick up and local delivery only due to cost and size. I’m working on being able to ship these soon.

What is your return policy? 

orders are generally non refundable and not exchangeable since they are unique, handmade items often made to order, or custom made for you. However, I do my very, very best to create an item that is to your satisfaction and exceeds your expectations. If an item is damaged during shipping, I will replace it at no cost to you.
